The shipwrights of Britain are up to their ears in crabstone! The people really came through with the request. Jarvis is no longer requesting Crabstone from the people.
New land formations
As ships sailed back and forth carrying precious crabstones and ores, the oceans stirred and the lands shook again. This time, land emerged from the sea. New locations have appeared across the ocean.
- Sorcerer’s Point sits where the Moonglow Mage Shop once was.
- Two small tropical islands appeared north of the volcano. They are known as the Jadefang Islands.
- Near Jhelom sits an island called Battlehaven. It features a large arena space and is the first short term rental space available for players looking to host PvP events.
- The final location is a little more ominous. The Tidal Castle. This sits at the center of the Southern Skull Sea.
The Tidal Castle
It is an ancient structure that once sat on the shores of Old Britannia, well before the age of Armageddon. In order to prepare for the next adventure, we will rally at Deceit for Hunter’s Mark to unseal a tomb that has been blocked off since the events of Armageddon. Eaglewind and the other scholars at the Castle in Britain hope to learn more about what we’re about to embark upon with knowledge they will gain from items within the tomb.
This is (will be) the first entrance to the Lost Lands when the time comes.
Clarifications
What happens with Crabstone?
Existing Crabstone will not be deleted. There are plans to use Crabstone as future crafting resources, similar to sugar syrup and cookie crusts made from old Christmas treats.
Can we get more Crabstone?
The Harvest Totem on the Isle of Crab will remain in place. It will continue to spawn Crabstone for those who harvest on the island. The Lumber Lord is still an option for future encounters.
What’s going on at Deceit?
There is a pit in Deceit 4, near the stairs leading up to the third floor. This is the entrance to Deceit 5 and 6. This expansion is a permanent extension of the dungeon after Hunter’s Mark starts this week.
