Patch 36.4

October 3rd, 2026

Bug Fixes

  • If your EV attacks you, you should not become a criminal!
  • Fixed a bug where new savage types were spawning with their item in backpack instead of hands.
  • Fixed a bug where feeding the new Gorillas did not check bonding eligibility.
  • Gorilla taunt should stick properly. There is an indicator when it happens (emotes above gorilla and receiving target’s head.)

System Changes

  • Travel Restrictions Lifted: Players can travel between the Lost Lands and Britannia through normal means.
  • BOD Payout: When you trade a BOD in and the gold is above 5000, the check will be placed in your backpack instead of your bank box. If you do not have room in your backpack, it will land at your feet.
  • Hunter’s Mark: Hunter’s Mark will run for 4 days on, 2 days off. Rather than 7 days on, 7 days off.
  • Improved Barding: Investing more points into bard skills will improve your success rate when barding. This is the formula we’re trying out for now:
    (Music + Provocation + Peacemaking + Discordance) / 8 =Reduction in Difficulty

Refinements

  • Earned Titles: Boss titles can be earned by any players who are in the party, within 24 tile of the boss’ death.
  • White Wyrms will only use their blizzard move when they have a valid combatant.
  • The Pet manager gump shows Bonding Points for your pet. Certain pets might show as having 1,000,000+ Bond Points until they are removed and re-entered to your stable.

New Item

  • Elixir of Capacity. Alchemists with 105+ skill can craft these elixirs from a small stack of mandrake root. They add +100 carrying capacity for 10 minutes. They don’t stack but you can drink a second elixir during the final minute, to extend your carry bonus to 10 minutes.

Patch 36.3

September 19th, 2026

New Things & Refinements

  • You can now use the context menu on your character to set your Earned Title or type the Title command.
  • Pickaxes and shovels will no longer show stone and gems. This is to avoid confusion in the future with homestead and plant system upgrades.
  • New Ancient Doubloon item: “Freaky Friday deed” to swap 2 characters on your accounts. This includes name, skills, stats, skin, hair. Item and bank trading falls on the player to complete. Requires GM assistance to complete.
  • Updated new character creation to include a blue robe and green shoes (in addition to other items) rather than starting off naked in some circumstances.
  • Pit Gladiators (Gargoyle Keep) and Savage Berserkers have had their stats increased to better reflect their loot table and intended purpose.
  • Jungle trolls are immune to poison and can drop level 5 (previously level 4) treasure maps.
  • Efreets drop rate from 4% down to 2%.
  • Added lost land creatures to slayer list. See individual creature listings for a list. The master slayer list page will get updated soon.

Bug Fixes

  • Gorilla’s banana taunt stickiness has been improved. It may still have some operational quirks to iron out.
  • Feeding a gorilla will no longer make it invisible until it moves again.
  • Fixed a bug where preachers in Khal Ankur’s Temple were not bandaging themselves.
  • Fixed a bug where Orc-Humans may not have been seeking out nearby players.
  • Fixed a bug that let players turn summon owners into criminals.
  • Fixed a bug with golem debuffs not disappearing from your debuff bar after receiving it.

  • Pirate ship planks can be double-clicked from 6 tiles now, instead of 4.
  • Bosses have a 33% to 50% chance of dropping L6 treasure maps.
  • Hunter’s Mark has been expanded to the lost lands dungeons.
  • New Command: Players can type MyAccount for details about their account.
  • New Boss Titles: Killing bonuses multiple time will unlock new earned titles.
  • New bosses coming to Despise and Covetous later in September.

Test Center

  • Test center is up again with Instahit testing. It is still running on an old save and will be resync later.
  • Updates to the HELP command for Tides-specific needs.
  • The resources you get on Test Tides will no longer “flood the bank box” – instead, you’ll get a red chest filled with everything. Existing players can receive these items too (see HELP).

New Items

  • The fortune teller’s ball. A player with at least 90 forensics OR begging can use this on a different character to see that player’s game time. Scribes with 105+ skill can craft these using blood moss and rare dark essence. This item has 3 charges.
  • A new tool: the Rock Cracker. You will soon learn more.
  • Irina’s Tarot Card(s): 11 to collect. Each card represents a different character or storyline element for Tides of Power. You can find these while hunting in the lost lands dungeons.
  • Daemon bone armor suit. Dropped by efreets. There are 6 pieces in total and the full suit provides 56AR and does not block meditation.
  • You can find a Snow Golem monster statue on the new Snow Golem.
  • New dungeon dyes for runebooks and leather can be acquired by hunting in the lost lands dungeons.

New Rares to Hunt

  • 10 new recurring rare spawning in the lost lands. A few of these items have rotating spawn locations. We will review these 60 days after lost lands is released.
  • 2 new server births in the lost lands. We will review these 60 days after lost lands is released.
  • Lockpickers can find Wyrm Heart in the Frozen Corridor, Brimstone in the Fire Tunnels, and Eye of Newt in the Gargoyle Keep dungeon chests.
  • Town chests in Delucia are ready to be stolen from.

NPCs

I apologize for anything I’ve overlooked. I believe this covers all of the new monsters being introduced with the initial lost lands content.

  • Efreets have a 4% chance to drop a piece of daemon bone suit.
  • Walking Tree. These creatures can be found wandering the lost lands. They have 25% chance of fertile dirt. Dirt will serve a purpose after Patch 37.
  • Orcish Gladiator. These “orcs” aren’t fooling anyone, but they have a nice shield, and it could be yours.
  • Rabid Gorilla. This is a rare white gorilla found in the jungle north of Papua Remains. It cannot be tamed and has a rare drop that will be disclosed later.
  • Ogres: Arctic ogre & arctic ogre lords.
  • Elementals: Ice, snow, and frost elementals
  • New savages: These have a rare chance of dropping a loin cloth wearable.
  • New orcs: You’ll encounter a few new types of orcs in the lost lands.

Worshippers of Khal Ankur

  • Warrior – When attacked from a distance, the Warrior retaliates with a ranged attack.
  • Mage: Summons a swarm of insects that repeatedly damages its target.
  • Theurgist: Steals life from it’s opponent, healing itself.
  • Preacher: A high defense warrior that can parry, heal, and resist spells.

Lost Golems

As you explore different terrains, you’ll encounter new golems. Their names suggest where you may find them.

  • Clay Golem, Swamp Golem, Mud Golem: Special move reduces the target’s stamina to 10 for 10 seconds.
  • Iron and Snow Golem: Special freezes the target in place for 3 seconds.
  • Lava Golem: Special sets the target on fire, dealing damage over time for 10 seconds.

Gargoyle Keep Monsters

  • Minotaur Bruisers: Stronger than the minotaur found on Isle of Crab. They can drop a minotaur statue.
  • Gladiators: These gladiators are most commonly found in the battle pit at the Gargoyle Keep. They come in a variety of shapes (body IDs) but the skills, stats, and loot table are the same.
  • Goblins: A variety of goblins that will remind you of orcs.

New Pets Opportunities

Gorillas and White Wyrms follow the same “pet limitation” that Dragons currently have. You can have one “big pet” at a time.

Silverback, “the meat shield”
The Silverback Gorilla is designed to be an exceptionally durable frontline pet with high health and strong armor, resistance to some poisons, with a taunt. This pet is an experiment and may receive updates in the future for balancing. Requires 88 taming and 2 control slots.

  • Thick Skin: The gorilla takes 50% less melee damage from untamed creatures.
  • Poison Resistant: Immune to Lesser, Regular, and Greater Poison when the poison originates from wild creatures.
  • Banana Taunt: While in combat, the gorilla periodically (15 to 25 seconds) throws a banana at targets up to 12 tiles away, provided it has line of sight. The banana does 5 to 8 damage and takes 2 seconds to reach its target. If the banana hits a wild creature, that creature should draw it’s attention to your gorilla
  • PvP Clarifications: The gorilla’s melee attacks deal reduced to players. The gorilla can be poisoned like most pets, if the poison originates from a player or player controlled source.

White Wyrm
The white wyrm has been slightly redesigned for PvM. When playing in a group, the white wyrm indirectly buffs the damage output of your other party members, pets, or barded targets. This pet’s PvM adjustment is an experiment and may receive updates in the future for balancing. Requires 96.3 taming and 2 control slots.

  • Ancient Blizzard: While in combat, the White Wyrm periodically unleashes a freezing aura that affects all wild creatures within 5 tiles. This occurs roughly every 40 seconds and with effects lasting 20 seconds. 40% reduction to their armor, making them more vulnerable to physical damage. 25% reduction to base magic resistance. The effect cannot stack or be refreshed while already active.
  • Poison Resistant: Immune to Lesser and Regular Poison when the poison originates from wild creatures.
  • PvP Clarifications: The AoE debuff has no impact on player characters or NPCs owned/controlled by another player. The white wyrm can be poisoned like most pets, if the poison originates from a player or player controlled source.

Patch 36

  • All players will see a Lost Lands Client Warning “nag” gump. This window cannot be right-clicked closed. Read the gump and act accordingly.

  • Legend of the Tides (1,825+ days)

  • Established Resident (168+ hours)
  • Esteemed Veteran (730+ hours)
  • The Enduring (8,760+ hours)

Event Titles
Certain players will have titles from prior shard-wide events. These Event titles will be added to your account(s) over the next few days (manual process).

  • Bunnychaser
  • Home Decorator
  • Fowl Play

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a bug where players would see a naked player character when someone died, instead of seeing nothing at all.
  • NPC Pirate ship planks can be double-clicked to board if they are within 4 tiles.
  • Fixed a bug where exceptional crafted smithy hammers had lower uses remaining than it should. They will have 250 now when exceptionally crafted.

Damage Mechanics

  • Reduced max damage on Fireball (17), Lightning(24), Explosion (39 from 42), EB (40, from 42). Our values were set for late UOR initially. We adjusted them closer to T2A-UOR timeframe.
  • Capped damage bonus in PvP from anatomy and lumberjacking to 20%, instead of 30%. Grandmaster in these skills still provide a 30% bonus in PVM. Similar to the line item above, this has to do with changes made as UOR transitioned to Pub16 and AOS.
  • Fixed a bug with AR damage calculation. Players should notice about a 15% improvement to damage reduction while wearing armor as a result
  • Wrestling speed has been set to 50 to match t2a era speed.
  • Warmode-toggle adjustment will not trigger an unnecessary delay.

Treasure Hunting and Tinkering Changes

  • Level 1 treasure maps can be completed with 0 cartography skill. Level 2 treasure maps only require 35 skill (down from 50). Level 3 and up remain untouched.
  • Player tinkers can create trapped containers and not be eligible for the murder (if someone opens it) if the container was on the ground when trapped and not locked down (e.g. house containers, dungeon chests, NPC pirate chests, merchant rowboat chests, etc).

NPCs

  • Boss monsters will not walk into houses or on to ship planks.
  • Forest ostards from Savages will be aggressive. This will be the standard approach to future NPCs that ride mounts.
  • Doubloon Merchant has new rewards for the original dungeons and a preview of the upcoming lost lands rewards.

Items

  • The interior design tool will let you send items higher than the standard 20Z increase per floor. This allows you to do a little bit more on your steps and rooftop homes. This change makes it possible to send an item to a floor above your character, and then you cannot bring it back down with the tool. You will have to manually retrieve it from the floor above.
  • Runic atlas has a new “Sort Runes” button to toggle the sort arrows.
  • Hunter’s Mark has new items in a handful of Britannia dungeons. Each dungeon has 9 reward options now. You can see previews of the new items for the lost land dungeons at the doubloon vendor.

Patch 36 File Updates

If you use the Tides of Power launcher, open it and click VERIFY at the topit should ask you to update 4 of your files, which gives you access to the updated map. If you are having any problems, you can also try to manual patch approach.

World Spawn Update

  • Heartland Mausoleum has been re-balanced with fewer spell casters in the first few hallways.
  • Started main continent overworld spawn re-assessment and optimization. Over the next few months I will look for areas where creatures bottleneck or spread too thin. Once the mainland is complete, the ocean will be given a similar treatment.

Patch 35.7 Bug Fixes & QOL

July 29th, 2026

Bugs

  • Pirate ships that have their crew de-spawn will automatically become unlocked instead of turning into ghost ships.
  • Fixed an issue where your blade spirit or energy vortex attacking your pets would put you in heat of battle.
  • Fixed an issue where pets were not defending themselves until they took melee damage. This adjustment should improve how well pets guard each other, if on guard mode.

Items

  • The barnacle chest gump is now a metal chest, instead of wooden.
  • Updated the graphics for the Tides candy bar to a stackable bar.

Other

  • The Leviathan boss has a longer delay between special moves and will produce standard sea serpents instead of deep sea serpents. The boss is guaranteed to drop 10 ocean doubloons now.

  • Reverted item dropping rules from Patch 35.3 and 35.4. You should be able to place items in your home again.
  • Warship chest loot has been updated to how it was prior to 35.4. You can expect: 850 to 1300 gold per chest. Chance of: ocean doubloons, fishing nets, hooch, magic weapons, magic armor, instruments, wands, or gems.
  • The new fishing chests should not re-lock themselves or spawn books (or similar junk items). Please keep me informed on this, as the bug seemed to occur “every so often” and therefore was difficult to fully test.

Patch 35.4 Pirate Refinements & Other Updates

July 11th, 2026

Poisoning Related Updates

  • Players with 80+ Poisoning can see if a weapon is poisoned and how many poison charges it has. Players with 100 Poisoning can identify the poison level.

  • Appraisal Lens and Artisan Spyglass charges are listed above the item instead of as a system message. Their duration is increased to 2 minutes.
  • The ocean fishing net has a 25% chance of being consumed when used.
  • You can stack items higher now. Previously stacking on your steps or rooftops had reduced max-height threshold values. Please keep an eye out for any oddities. There are a few issues with “replacing items” in an existing stack.

Boating Updates

  • Pirate ships will ignore dead players.
  • Pirate crews have had their max crew size reduced by 1.
  • Planks can be double-clicked to board again.
  • Arrows will not be created if the target is on a boat or water tile.
  • You can double click the pirate ship chest from an additional tile away.
  • When a pirate crew is eliminated, the planks will automatically open.
  • Fixed a bug that caused pirates to report their death to the boat, creating sailing “ghost ships” that would still peruse players.
  • Pirate ships will attempt to keep a 12 tile gap from each other preventing (or at least reducing) the likelihood of getting totally trapped in. We’ll continue to monitor if NPC Pirates are still boxing in player ships too frequently.

Patch 35.3 – Boss Update & Bug Fixes

July 2nd, 2026

Land Lover Updates

  • You will no longer receive a message for out of range mobiles.
  • Fixes a bug where Harvester Axe showed the incorrect number of charges remaining (occurred at 50 uses remaining). Not retroactive.

  • Items cannot be placed on a closed door item (restoration of old code).
  • 5% chance to cast without mana while standing on a pentagram addon in a house.
  • Hunter’s Mark crier message text.

Boss Updates

  • Boss meter progress is tied to the monster’s max hit points instead of 1 kill = 1 point. Fighting harder monsters in the region will move the meter quicker.

Sea Updates!

  • Hooch bottles now say the message above your head instead of as a system message. When you run out of hooch, the bottle smashes and deletes itself.
  • Stranded survivors won’t scream when the camp decays if they have already been rescued/escort.
  • Player boats should no longer “steal” parts of NPC Pirate Ships ships.
  • NPC Pirate ship planks cannot be double-clicked to teleport onto. You must approach them and board plank to plank!
  • Merchants will no longer disappear when their ship sinks if you have removed them from the boat. This lets you rescue multiple NPCs. You are still limited to 1 “escort” at a time.

Courageous Exploration

  • The sea quest will be available again tomorrow. If you already have the quest, drop the scroll to delete it, and you’ll get a new scroll with a reset timer for completing it.

  • Guard Posts for upcoming Order/Chaos capture system will block travel spells.

  • Spectral Armour can drop Hunter’s Mark loot items when the dungeon is marked. Hunter’s Mark items will appear on the ground with their other loot.

  • Fixed a bug with inscription BODs pulling the first entry instead of the correct entry for certain LBODs (LBODs with heal or recall scrolls). Please keep an eye on inscrption LBODs. No other BODs were impacted by this update.
  • Re-patched Villa and Patio East/West doors to lock the correct direction. This bug was re-introduced around Patch 33 (when a few other bugs re-ocurred). I’ll be correcting existing doors if the homeowner’s existing security wouldn’t get compromised by the change. All newly placed houses have the correct doors at creation.
  • Fixed a bug with clearing runes from courtyards under certain scenarios. If you cleared your courtyard since Patch 35, you may want to do it again. Send a DM to @Boomland Jenkins for handling a refund from prior gold spent on this.

Patch 35

June 19th, 2026

Stranded NPC Ships
These are immobile boats containing an NPC and a locked chest. Pick the lock and loot quickly. Once the first item is lifted from the chest, the ship begins a short countdown and sinks a few minutes later.

These can be found throughout the open ocean.

Pirate NPC Crews
Roaming pirate ships
that actively hunt players. Crews can include mages, archers, and scouts that reveal hidden players. When all pirates are killed, the ship stops moving, becomes unlocked, and can be boarded to loot the bodies and the ship’s treasure chest. The boat will sink a few minutes later.

These ships can be found near trade routes outside of Britain and Trinsic and over the sunken cities.

Water Debris and Trash Islands
Floating debris clusters that act as small island encounters. Each one contains a few monsters, an escortable NPC, and a locked treasure chest. Once the first item is lifted from the chest, the island begins a short countdown and sinks a few minutes later.

These can be found throughout the open ocean.

2 New Sea Bosses

The Deadly Leviathan and Nessy are two new boss monsters who spawn in the ocean.

New Items

Ocean Doubloons
Ocean doubloons can be found on merchant boats, pirate ships, trash islands, as loot from the new water monsters, or in pirate chests recovered from deep-sea fishing nets. You can trade your ocean doubloons in at Britain Customs.

Deep Sea Fishing Net
A rare net found on pirate ships, trash islands, stranded boats, and new ocean monsters. It works like a standard fishing net but with far more dangerous results. Using one can surface dangerous beasts, including an ancient sea serpent, an aboleth, or Cruul.

You may pull up a locked and trapped pirate chest containing new items such as:

  • Bowl of Fish (+8 Str, Dex, and Int for 2 minutes)
  • Sea Lute (new instrument ID and sound)
  • Bottle of Hooch

Ocean Fishing Net
A utility net that drags nearby arrows, bolts, and monster corpses toward your ship.

Metal Containers
New container types, including rusty metal chests, barnacle-covered chests, golden metal chests, and pirate chests.

Deep Sea Fishing Rod
A fishing rod with extended reach, crafted through Carpentry or Fletching with Fishing skill.

Rapid Fishing Rod
A speed-focused rod that pulls fish from the water in half the normal time. Crafted through Carpentry or Fletching with Fishing skill.

Wizard’s Fishing Pole
A lightweight pole that stays equipped even while casting spells. Crafted through Carpentry or Fletching with Magery skill.

Dust can be stored and traded via commodity deeds.

Melee Weapon Damage and Special Hits

Weapon special hits have a maximum of 20% chance occur. We previously had it set to 25%. For era context, OSI had their hit rate scaling between 20 and 30%.

Crushing blows have been reduced to 160% from 175%. For context, OSI started with 200% and eventually reduced it to 175%.

Paralyze hits will paralyze their target for 3 seconds, instead of 4 seconds.

Almost all weapons have seen a reduction in their MIN damage, some have seen an increase in MAX damage.

Dangerous Beasts

Each of these dangerous beasts (boss) will be introduced through the 2026 storyline content. Once introduced, the boss will continue to re-spawn. We’ll release more information on spawning a boss after they start showing up. No spoilers!

Ancient Doubloons

Ancient doubloons are large orange stones found on boss monsters and obtained through storyline content or certain GM hosted events. An ancient doubloon merchant can be found at the Castle in Britain. There is also a dungeon doubloon merchant there too. • Adjusted paragon chest loot and tmap level to scale with monster difficulty.
  • Mildly adjusted down paragon chest odds.Animal AIs and BaseHires can no longer be paragons.
  • Fixed a bug with the formula causing Paragons to spawn with Hunter’s Mark loot every time in a dungeon, instead of 33%.
  • A bug with fame scaling for paragon rates has been fixed to cap off at 6% correctly. We will continue to monitor how the formula functions and may adjust (raise, or lower) the next time we patch. They were simply spawning too frequently when put to the grindstone by players vs our test scenarios.
  • Adjustments to L6 maps to have a higher “minimum loot quality” compared to level 5s. They already have a higher “max loot quality” than level 5s.
  • The new dungeon hair and facial hair dyes will correctly dye your hair when double-clicked.
  • Commodity deeds will work in the bankbox again (bug fix from Patch 30).
  • Container Appraisal Wands (greater identification wands) have a small chance of spawning on monsters inside dungeons.
  • Level 6 Treasure Map Change: Wyvern has been removed. Troglodyte has been added.
  • Loot clarification: Dungeon leather dyes have a 5% drop rate (in all dungeons).
  • Loot clarification: Dungeon runebook dyes have a 2% drop rate (in all dungeons).
  • Hunter Mark loot ratio changes (they will be posted to the wiki this week)
  • Mobs will now lose aggro if their target hides/goes invisible. This takes up to 10 seconds to occur.

Patch 30

January 8th, 2026.

Hunter’s Mark Changes

  • Hunter’s Mark will occur every other week, instead of weekly. This was our intention but we wanted to run through all of the dungeons once, before switching over.
  • Hunter’s Mark Criers and Globes have updated language to better define when the current Mark ends, and when the next Mark will be made (if there is no mark currently).
  • The Hunter’s Mark globe will be available later this year for players. It let’s you check the status from your house, boat, or bank box.

Hunter’s Mark Loot Table Changes

  • We’ve shifted the Leather and Runebook dyes into the standard loot table in all dungeons.
  • The special loot associated with Hunter’s Mark has been set to scale with a monster’s difficulty. The formula takes into consideration the monster’s skill total, stats, and AI (AI Mage vs AI Melee, etc).

New Dungeon Dyes

  • Dungeon Hair and Facial Dyes. These rare dyes match the same hue(s) found on the special dungeon cloth.
  • Dungeon Mask Dyes. These rare dyes match the same hue(s) found on the special dungeon cloth.
  • Dungeon Backpack Dyes. These rare dyes match the same hue(s) found on the special dungeon cloth. These dyes can only be used on the backpack seen on your paperdoll.

Paragons

  • Monsters have a small (2 to 6%) chance to spawn as Paragons (the rate is based on the monster’s difficulty). Paragons are bright yellow/gold in hue and have the (Paragon) next to its name. They are much harder than the standard version of the monster.
  • Paragons can drop a special chest. The chest itself comes in a variety of hues and item IDs. The chest contains gold, high quality magic items, and a 50% chance of a map. The map is 1 level higher than the map the monster normally drops, meaning you can find Level 6 treasure maps in a paragon chest.
  • Paragon have a chance to drop any Hunter’s Mark rares, even if the dungeon is not marked.

New NPCs

  • Cultist Mages, Assassins, and Lumberjacks. These NPCs can be found lurking the Haunted Deadwood region of Yew. The assassins have a chance of dropping magic composite bows and the lumberjacks can drop the harvester axe.
  • BOD Broker: The BOD Broker will let you trade in unwanted BODs and he’ll give you brokerage points. Once an hour, you can exchange 5 brokerage points for a new random BOD (from the skill of your choosing). Say Exchange to exchange a BOD or click on them and select Talk from the context menu. You can only redeem your points once per hour.

Additional New Items

  • Special Hair Dye and Beard Dye: Alchemist NPCs sell “neon hair dye” from traditional Ultima Online.
  • Container Appraisal Wands: This item requires 90 itemID to use and helps the person identify all magic items in a container. These items will be introduced to the standard loot table and eventually craft-able with specialty rares.
  • Appraisal Lens: This item requires 90 itemID to use and helps the person visually examine the contents of a chest. These have 25 charges each and can be purchased from the tinker for 50,000 gold. Use the item on a chest and the items in the chest become temporarily hued to the person who used the lens. This makes it easy to locate items with high quality modifiers, like Vanquishing. The colors range from Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue/Violet, with red being low modifiers and blue/violet being nearly perfect.
  • Artisan Spyglass: This item requires 90 Arms Lore to use and helps the person visually examine the contents of a chest. These have 25 charges each and can be purchased from the tinker for 25,000 gold. Use the item on a chest and the items in the chest become temporarily hued to the person who used the lens. This makes it easy to locate items in need of a repair. The colors range from Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue/Violet, with red being almost broken and blue/violet being in perfect.
  • Harvester Axe: This item is equipped and used like a hatchet. Instead of producing logs, it creates boards from each chop. This item is currently available on Ethereal Lumberjacks.

Please Note: We’ve been trying to get loot table right, and your feedback over the next week is appreciated. The loot table changes above mostly impact dungeon chests, treasure map chests, and monsters “ogre lord and greater” in difficulty.

You should be receiving more gold from impacted monsters (100-300gp), fewer magic items, but your chances of receiving a higher quality item has been increased considerably.

The best loot (not counting Boss Encounters) can be found in 5 treasure maps followed by top tier monsters.

  • Examples of Top Tier Monsters
  • Ancient Dragon
  • Ancient Wyrm
  • Balron
  • Barlgura
  • Basilisk
  • Death Knight
  • Demilich
