How to Use Cartography
Cartography is used to create maps of local regions, cities, and for treasure hunting. Cartographers can decode treasure maps and locate hidden treasure chests around the world. The higher a player’s Cartography skill, the more difficult maps they can decode. This skill works closely with Lockpicking and Mining.

Skill Guide for Cartography
- 0-42: Train at an NPC.
- 42-82: Create local maps.
- 82-99.5: Create world maps.
- 99.5-100: Decode treasure maps.
