House Upgrade Deeds
Patch 31 introduced various house upgrade deeds. These include increasing the number of secures, max lockdowns, max ban, max friends, and max co-owner limits. Each upgrade has 3 tiers available. These can be purchased with ancient doubloons.
House Upgrade Deeds
- Increase Max Friends by 50 per tier.
- Increase Max CoOwners by 5 per tier.
- Increase Max Bans by 50 er tier.
- Increase Max Lockdowns by 100 per tier
- Increase Max Secures by 1 per tier
House Butler Deed
The house Butler is an NPC who appears at your feet when you double click the deed. Your butler will hang out in your house and if the house is going to decay, the butler refreshes the house and quits. A house can not have more than one butler at any time.
