When the flood came, Mt. Kendall near Minoc was swallowed by water, leaving only its peak sticking out of the ocean. People needed iron badly, so desperate miners built shaky docks and scrap-wood walkways around the mountain’s exposed edges to keep mining.

This dangerous mine is fraught with hazards – collapsing walkways, unpredictable tides, and sea monsters that haunt the shorelines. Yet, the miners persist, driven by the kingdom’s unrelenting demand for ore.
