NPC Pirate Ships

Pirate NPC Ships are roaming encounters found throughout the open seas. These vessels actively search for nearby players and engage them in combat. Each ship is crewed by a pirates that may include scouts, archers, and mages, creating a variety of threats during the encounter.

The scouts will reveal hidden players while the archers and mages onboard unleash hell upon unsuspected fishermen. Once the entire crew has been defeated, the ship comes to a stop and can be boarded (planks become unlocked). Players can then loot the pirate corpses and claim the ship’s treasure chest.

Pirate crews include a mix of orcs, lizardfolk, and ratfolk.

Features

Loot

Pirate NPCs can drop gold, gems, reagents, and typical equipment. The ship’s treasure chest offers a chance at finding ocean doubloons, ocean fishing nets, deep sea fishing nets, and hooch.
