Has Quest? No

The pet conjurer, also known as the bonded pet summoning druid, is an NPC who can find your lost, bonded animals. For a fee (30K), the NPC will summon your pet to your location. It will arrive dead.  This is commonly used for players who have misplaced their bonded pets and did not previously link them to a pet summoning ball.

Veterinarians sell crystal balls of pet summoning for 30k total (3 charges) and you can use this ball as a more affordable option for summoning a lost pet.

You can find a pet conjurer in Britain and at the Skara Brae stables.  Say “summon pet” while standing near the NPC to receive options for pets to summon.
