Runebook Enhancement

You can obtain a runebook enhancement deed as an inscription BOD reward. This deed allows you to enhance a runebook, making it eligible to be blessed.

You can only have one runebook blessed at a time across your entire character. Even if you enhanced multiple runebooks, only one can hold the active blessing. See below for how the process works.

The runebook enhancement deed works on Runebooks and Runic Atlas.

Personally Blessed Runebooks

In order to limit how many runebooks a player can safely carry, we’ve created a runebook enhancement deed which is a necessary upgrade for a runebook before it qualifies for being blessed.

How to enhance your runebook

Double click a runebook enhancement deed (acquired from inscription BODs) and target your runebook. The runebook will become (enhanced) and you’ll see a message that it is ready to be personally blessed.  The runebook is not blessed yet!

How to bless your runebook

Single click your enhanced runebook while it’s in your backpack, you can personally bless it by single clicking on it and selecting Bless from the context menu.

Your character will complete a 30 second ritual, blessing the book. You’ll see (personally blessed) above the runebook and receive a confirmation message that the process was successful.

You can only have one personally blessed runebook at a time

When you bless a runebook, your other personally blessed runebook will become enhanced, and meaning it can be stolen and looted from your corpse. The overall goal of this is to make it easy to switch which runebook is blessed depending on your needs (e.g., PvP vs PvM setups), without letting people walk around with blessed rune libraries.
