Short Term Rentals

Throughout the map, there are “short term rentals” available for player usage. This system lets players take control of (select) public spaces, controlling the area like a (public) home.  The goal of this system is to allow players to rent unique areas on the map for hosting events.

How does the system work?

When you approach a rentable space, you’ll see a sign similar to a house sign. Double-click it to view the rental terms. Players can only have one short term rental active at a time. This does not consume a house slot on your account.

Notice: Short-term rentals do not grant the same rights or level of control as player-owned houses. Staff reserve the right to intervene at their discretion to prevent abuse, trolling, or misuse of this feature.

How much does it cost to rent a space?

Rent is determined based on the space size and intended use-case for the space.

How do you manage your rental?

Double click the sign after you start renting it. You’ll be greeted with a familiar interface, similar to the standard home sign. There is a new option to manage your rental.

What locations are planned for renting?

• Battlehaven – for pvp related events (see above).
• Britain Theatre – for town hall style events, auctions, trivia nights, etc.
• Desolation Hut – for a player Lizardfolk RP guild.
• Orc Fort Duel Hut – for a player Orc RP guild.
• Buccaneer’s Wharf Huts – for a pirate focused RP guild.
