Uncut Recall Rune

Uncut Recall Rune

Uncut recall runes are sold by mages. These work just like normal recall runes, except they are stackable. When you cast mark and target an uncut recall rune, it will reduce your uncut rune pile size by 1, and create a new marked recall rune in your backpack.
