The Fire Horn is a special item for bards.

Fire Horns consume 8 sulfurous ash, have a 12 second cooldown between usage, and offers an AoE damage effect. The blast hits a 2-tile radius of your target, allowing you to blow up clusters of monsters you’ve provoked onto each other.

The damage dealt by the Firehorn is influenced by the total of your Discordance, Peacemaking, and Provocation skills. Having Grandmaster in all three skills will allow you an opportunity to do the maximum damage (about 60) to your NPC targets.

The Fire Horn does work in PvP but the damage is reduced considerably, capping out around 22 damage.
